Sitemap : i want changefreq instead of lastmod

Hi,

I saw the sitemap that arfooo 2.0 creates. It inserts the link, the lastmod and priority.

</loc>
<lastmod>2009-06-23</lastmod> > i want here <changefreq>weekly</changefreq>
<priority>1.0</priority> > i want here <priority>0.5</priority>

What i need is to insert the changefreq variable with "weekly" and priority "0.5" for the submitted websites.

How should i do that? Arf, can you help me pls ?
